Every neighbourhood has it's notorious characters. The local papers describe him as an 'aggressive beggar', but many people in my town are quite fond of him.

I could probably find this out by looking at her wikipedia page or something, but can someone tell me is it a man? Most of this popular culture shit washes straight over me so i don't have a fucking clue like some kind of confused nan, so someones got to help me out here. What's the gender? Sources and proof would help.
