Every neighbourhood has it's notorious characters. The local papers describe him as an 'aggressive beggar', but many people in my town are quite fond of him.

I prefer the second song, but had to post first vid so you could see him better...

I'm quite a reggae fan, but i never heard these songs before. Anybody ID them, maybe he wrote them...
