Mad Ricky...
Every neighbourhood has it's notorious characters. The local papers describe him as an 'aggressive beggar', but many people in my town are quite fond of him.
I prefer the second song, but had to post first vid so you could see him better...

I almost wish he was knocking around my neighbourhood to serenade me with reggae gems. In Liverpool we only have 'Purple Aki' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akinwale_Arobieke), some guy who's spent the last 30 years trying to measure the biceps of every boy in Liverpool and then recording it all in some messed up diary...
