I love bad drawings of celebrities. Whether done by children or fully fledged adults who should have known better, i am always fascinated to see peoples' artistic interpretations of their heroes. It's almost like their eyes scanned the image in, their brains processed it, and their fingers acted like the ink jet printer and shat out some fucked up version of Tupac or who ever it's supposed to be. When you first lay your eyes on the sketch it's like seeing someone you kind of recognise but don't know where from, giving you the added bonus of a guess who game. I'm always left thinking the world must look so fucking bizarre through their eyes if they think this portrait makes any kind of sense.

Why is it that when people love a celebrity, they get an urge to draw them anyway? What are they trying to achieve? And then, they take the whole process a step further and upload the master piece onto the Internet so other people can check out their skills. I love it.
